All of us only have one life to live. For Christians, the meaning of that life is rooted in a person: Jesus Christ.
What if there were an opportunity to read the story of Jesus for yourself?
To listen to the insights of others, share your own perspective, and explore together the significance of this singular figure?
To ask any question you want about faith & belief?
Christianity Explored is an opportunity to do all this, and more. Over 7 weeks, participants will read through an early biography of Jesus (the gospel of Mark) for themselves, listen to a series of short teachings on the life of Jesus, and have the opportunity to discuss their thoughts in small groups. Each week, dinner will be provided, and there is no cost for course materials. No one will ask you to pray out loud, and no-one will intimidate you into taking a certain position.
If you are just beginning your spiritual journey, have questions about your faith, or just want to get back to the foundation of Christian belief, this course is for you.
Our weekly gatherings will be held at 6:15pm on Sunday nights, beginning February 16th and continuing through April 6th . We'll meet at Sugar BakeShop in the heart of South Broadway (277 Broadway, Denver). We hope you can join us!
