Josh Williams, a pediatrician within our congregation, has co-founded The CURIOUS Partnership (Coloradans Understanding Religion and Immunization through Sustained Partnership) with Adrian Miller, the Executive Director of the Colorado Council of Churches.  They are operating on a one-year grant from University of Colorado, hosting "listening circles" at various congregations in order to learn what questions about vaccines are important to religious Coloradans. If you have questions about vaccines, come and bring them! This will be a safe space for people with any questions to come together, talk with a board-certified pediatrician and vaccine researcher, and hear answers to a few FAQs about the childhood immunization schedule, vaccine safety, and the influenza vaccine (among others).

We will meet after service on 1/26 for ~75-90 minutes. Lunch and childcare will be provided. Please let our Connecting Pastor, Stacey (office@adventdenver.com), know if you intend to come so that we can get the appropriate number of childcare workers for our time together.
